Once I did this and configured to start SetPoint on Win 7 compatibility the scroll issue went away. I did some reading and other users having similar issues (non Win 10) suggested to downgrade to a lower version of SetPoint as described here: I upgraded the SetPoint software to the latest Win 10 compatible drives and still had this issue. I experienced weird scroll issues with the mouse, basically it would start to scroll 3 lines wile browsing (as configured) then it would jump to scroll to about 10 lines and drop down to scroll to one line. I have a Logitech Wave keyboard and MX1100 mouse wireless combo that worked great on Win 7 but I had issues on Win 10.
